In Episode 21 of Beyond Bylines, Bristol Herald Courier editor David McGee talks with Washington County Public School superintendent Dr. Keith Perrigan talks about the future of WCPS. Dr. Perrigan discusses the decline in enrollment inside Patrick Henry High School and Holston High School which could result in an unification between the two school. He continues to talk about the aging buildings and some of the repairs that some of the buildings will need to keep up to date.
