BRISTOL, Tenn. — Houses in Bristol, Tennessee in the $120,000 to $180,000 range often sell a few days after they are listed, but demand for higher-end residences is low, according to a recently updated study. At the request of Bristol Tennessee City Council, city staff members updated the city’s housing inventory and needs study, which was completed in 2017.

BRISTOL, Tenn. — No formal action was taken at Tuesday’s joint meeting with both Bristol city councils, but officials charted a course for the future of funding nonprofit organizations that promote tourism, cooperation on city planning and more joint council meetings.
