Large Meetings Conferences or Trade Shows

Need a place to host your next business or professional conference. Host your event in the Grand Hall with up 13,000 square feet of meeting space available. The space can also be subdivided into smaller space down to 3,250 sq. ft. Give us a call to talk about what you need and we’ll do all we can to accommodate.

Our Executive Auditorium is another great meeting space and its set up with theatre style seating. With seating capacity up to 110, every participant has a clear view of the presenter and the larger-than-life screen. Need high tech, we have it covered. The room is equipped with a 1080p projector with screen, Blu-Ray player, HD surround sound, computer, 6 wireless microphones, 2 lavalieres, table power plug-ins, and ADA hearing devices and accessibility.

Our staff includes technology experts and a professional meeting planner, whose familiarity with our available facilities and amenities can significantly streamline your event planning.

Need a mid size meeting room? The Southwest Virginia Higher Education Center offers 30 meeting rooms with flexible seating and configurations. All rooms are equipped with projectors, screens, speakers; computer, DVD players, and laptop display plug-in. click here for individual room features.

The entire facility is ADA Compliant; we have 22 handicap parking spaces and an additional 450 well light free parking spaces. The entrance has a semi-circle design for easy loading and unloading.

 

Weddings

Our Grand Hall is the ideal place for your special day! This fully carpeted space can be split into multiple space configurations to host your wedding party. It has concert-quality sound, digital 32-channel soundboard and professional lighting. Need to bring in lots of stuff ? No problem, the Grand Hall has its own loading dock.
