ABINGDON, Va. — Washington County schools are slated to resume a hybrid schedule Jan. 25.
The school system’s central office announced the opening Wednesday after schools have been closed and operating only on a virtual schedule since early December. The hybrid schedule includes both in-person and remote learning.
Superintendent Brian Ratliff, rather than the School Board, was allowed to make the decision, said Jeff Noe, assistant superintendent.
