NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE OF 108 Dalton Hollow Dr., Bland, Virginia 24315 (Bland Co., Virginia) In execution of a deed of trust from DONNIE RAY DALTON and BEULAH ANN DALTON, dated November 18, 2003, in the original principal amount of $75,088.46, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the County of Bland, Virginia, as Instrument Number 030001276 (Seth E.
