Notice of Trustee's Sale of Property Located at 706 Chatham Hill Road, Marion, Virginia on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 9:30 am Pursuant to the terms of a Deed of Trust dated May 16, 2018, and of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Smyth County, Virginia, in Deed Book 1022, Page 450, and default having been made in the payment of the debt secured by said Deed of Trust, and at the direction of The Bank of Marion, Virginia, Beneficiary, that the property be sold, the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at front entrance of the Smyth County Courthouse located on North Church Street, Marion, Virginia, on Thursday, September 24, 2020, at 9:30 a.m., the following described property: All that certain tract of land, with all improvements and appurtenances thereon, lying and being in the Town of Marion, Smyth County, Virginia, and described as follows: Designated as Lot 9, containing 0.317 acre, more or less, on a plat of survey by Kenneth M. Sells, Land Surveyor, dated March 5, 1999, entitled, "To Be Conveyed: Crystal S. Farley" of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Smyth County, Virginia, in Deed Book 526, Page 239, which is incorporated herein and made a part hereof, and to which reference is made for a more particular description of the property herein conveyed, and described in Deed Book 1022, Page 447 (Tax Map No. 170-62-9). This conveyance is made subject to the reservations, restrictions, conditions and easements of record in the chain of title.
