Public Hearings The Bristol Tennessee City Council will conduct two public hearings to consider amendments to the Zoning Map during the meeting on April 4, 2023, at 7:00 pm local time at the Slater Community Center, 325 McDowell Street, Bristol, TN. The following ordinances will be heard: Ordinance 23-2 will designate the zoning of newly annexed property (Ardent Development Group / Galloway Fox Meadows annexation) as PRD (Planned Residential District) and R-2 (Single Family and Duplex) District Ordinance 23-3 will amend the Zoning Map by designating 1219 Golf Street as R-3 (Multifamily) District Please call 423-764-0343 or email cyoung@bristoltn.org for additional information.
