CITY OF BRISTOL, VIRGINIA INVITATION TO BID UPC 110873 Euclid Avenue and Bob Morrison Boulevard Intersection Improvements The City of Bristol, Virginia is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the installation of traffic signals and other improvements at the intersection of Euclid Avenue and Bob Morrison Boulevard. All work shall be performed in accordance with criteria set forth in the contract documents. The Invitation to Bid, including plans and specifications will be available in PDF format on the City's web site at or by email at beginning Tuesday, November 23, 2021. The plans and specification may also be examined at Builders Exchange of Tennessee ( or Valley Construction News ( Paper copies of the plans and specifications may also be purchased from Tri City Blueprint & Supply, Inc. ( A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted virtually at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 7, 2021. Interested Contractors must email the City Engineer to request pre-bid meeting login information. Email requests should go to: Pre-bid login information must be requested by 4:00 pm, Monday, December 6, 2021. Bids must be received by the City of Bristol, Virginia, Office of the Procurement Specialist, 300 Lee Street, Bristol, Virginia not later than 2:00 P.M. on Friday, December 17, 2021, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Council Chambers. Bids will not be received after this time and date. Bids submitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted.
