PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Town of Marion will hold a public hearing to solicit public comment on the consideration of the Real Estate tax relief form for the Elderly and Permanently or Totally Disabled. A copy of the proposed changes is on file in the Clerk's Office at the Marion Town Hall. The public hearing will be held on Monday, October 18, 2021 at 5:30 pm at the Marion Town Hall, 138 West Main Street, where any citizen of the Town of Marion may appear and express thereon.
