Bolling, Esq. and TAXEWELL COUNTY, VIRGINIA Respondents And certain real property located in Tazewell County, Virginia and described in Deed Book 1012, Page 1031 as .6 acre+/- located new Raven, being tax map number 104A201 0005D And certain real property located in Tazewell County, Virginia and described in Deed Book 1012, Page 1031 as .224 +/- located near Raven, being tax map number 104A201 0005E ORDER FOR PUBLICATION In this proceeding, the Petitioner, the Treasurer of Tazewell County, Virginia, seeks to sell real estate, situate in Tazewell County, Virginia, for the recovery of delinquent real estate taxes, pursuant to Section 58.1-3965 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended. Said real estate is described as: That certain lot, parcel, or tract titled in the name of Angela Denise Bailey located at Raven, being .6 acres, Tazewell County Virginia, by Deed Book 1012, Page 1031, being Tax Map No. 104A201 0005D and .224 acres located at Raven, Tazewell County, Virginia, by Deed Book 1012, Page 1031, being Tax Map No. 104A201 0005E. Said real estate is described more particularly in the Petition and exhibits attached thereto on file in the Tazewell County Circuit Court Clerk's Offices. For such purposes, Petitioner will apply to the Court, sitting in the Town of Tazewell, in Tazewell County, Virginia, on July 1, 2021 at 9:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as Petitioner may be heard, for the entry of an Order of Default Judgment against all Respondents in this matter, and for the appointment of a Special Commissioner to conduct the sale of the real estate made the subject of this matter. It appears by Affidavit filed according to Section 8.01-316 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, that the following named Respondent cannot be personally served because after diligent inquiry within the Commonwealth of Virginia, Petitioner has been without effect to ascertain the location of said Respondent. The last known address of said Resondent(s) is/are as follows: Angela D. Baily 43 South Farmer Street Richlands, Virginia 24641 It is therefore ORDERED that the aforesaid Respondent APPEAR on or before July, 2021 at 9:00 AM, which is greater than fifty (50) days from the date of entry of this Order of Publication, in the Tazewell County Circuit court Clerk's office to do what is necessary to protect its interests; and it is further ORDERED that if the above-named Respondent desires to assert any objection or defense to the Petition in this matter, said Respondent shall fire its answer and grounds of defense with the Tazewell County Circuit Court. Should said Respondent fail to file its answer and grounds of defense, such failure shall preclude such Respondent from any other defense by way of pleas in bar or otherwise. It is further ORDERED that the foregoing order be published in the Clinch Valley News, a newspaper of general circulation in Tazewell County, Virginia for four (4) successive weeks; that a copy be posted outside the courtrooms of the Tazewell County Circuit Court in Tazewell County, Virginia within ten (10) days after the entry of this Order of Publication; and that an attested copy of said Order of Publication be mailed to the above-named Respondents at their last known addresses as shown above, and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this matter.
